I learned to meditate and ground my energy. I trained with a group of other psychics for over a year. We completed over a hundred readings in that time. The practice of reading on someone else helped me understand energy and how to manipulate it. How to clear my space and how to see into someone elses space. Plus having a group of friends to talk to about vivid dreams, psychic attacks, astral projection, and ghosts was comforting and empowering to know I wasn’t crazy.
