As life takes us through a path of what we perceive as pain, we tend to step back and avoid these learning experiences. 

These experiences are triggering our past pain. When we face a situation and the knee jerk reaction is to pull away. Our subconscious programming is only trying to protect us. However, pulling away and avoiding to process your reaction will only result in repeating the same pain. For when we embrace the pain and face the triggers with an observant perspective. We can process our reaction in a passive state. Which can help shift us to grow and move past the initial pain or fear. This approach can lead to transformation.

How Does One Embrace Their Triggers? 

This process is different for everyone, but some ways that can bring success is through your willingness to not react and just observe. To observe a trigger, is to validate your present emotions. Those present emotions are your past pain coming to the surface. To bring the past to the present requires a gentle touch of forgiveness.

Forgiving yourself from the frustration you are currently experiencing is the best self love you can show yourself. A simple affirmation that can be said out loud can be, “I LOVE MYSELF, AND I FORGIVE MYSELF”.

 Next, fully understand that what triggers us has nothing to do with what triggered us. Meaning, we must not blame a person for making us feel a certain way. Blame is not the answer to inner growth. Our feelings are our feelings alone, period. That being said, it is within our control to heal from our triggers.

Our triggers pop up for a reason. That reason can be as simple as it being time for that pain to be revisited. When pain is revisited, it can give us an opportunity to heal from it. It’s important to acknowledge our emotions, but not to identify with them.  

We are human and its okay to feel very deeply, but to blame the hurt feelings on someone else is not only hurting our growth but it’s also called projection. Projecting your feelings on others can temporarily make you feel better. But those feelings will come back in someone else to trigger you again. We can’t escape our triggers, but we can transform through them. 

Once embracing the triggers, there are steps one can take to process the trigger. These steps are called shadow work. Shadow work is a re-evaluation of your opinions, beliefs, or inner dialogue on a particular subject.

This particular subject can be the deeper cause of your trigger. A trigger can make us experience sadness, anger, frustration, etc. The connection to the emotion can be love, money, romance, beauty, self-worth, abandonment, rejection, etc. Now depending on your awareness of the emotional connection.

You’d want to do shadow work on either the emotion itself or the connection it stems from. There is an in depth video on this process on my youtube channel. 

Personal development is not only something we can read about “how to do”, but something we can watch as well. This new year 2020 will bring lots of opportunities and triggers for us to grow from.

Learning to improve your clairvoyance will help you understand what the energy is, or where the energy is coming from? This is how learning to improve your clairvoyance can be very beneficial! 

The ability to see and trust your intuition are the simple key elements to clairvoyance. By tapping into your clairvoyance, a processing of information will occur through your sixth and seventh chakras. Processing information from a place of knowingness.

When we feel energy in our heart, stomach, hands, or legs, we are being clairsentient. This is processing information from the lower chakras. And this is not bad, its just another way of sensing energy. It’s just when we sense energy this way it may feel more heavy, stuck, or intense and most of the time you won’t have a clue why or how to deal with it. 

Talking about energy and how it sometimes gets stuck in the body is an important topic, especially for people who are coming into their psychic abilities. Which is more and more people! 

One important thing to note before I explain how to improve your clairvoyance is that, the process of increasing your clairvoyance will make you more sensitive to self-sabatoshing behavior. This happens because when you start to see the energy in your space more clairvoyantly, you can see where it comes from and what it is. Many times we cause our own suffering based on who we hangout with or what we expose our self to (for example: tv, social media, food, music, etc.) So I advise that you ground daily for best mental health results. 

Now, my techniques will be most helpful for people who are very visual, are sensitive to energy, and are willing to trust their intuition…

How to improve your Clairvoyance Step one: 

Practicing a visual meditation for one whole week straight. This will not only make you strengthen your sixth chakra, but will help you center your mind if you don’t already meditate.

It’s important that when you practice a visual meditation, that you really use your imagination! The more visual the better, and when you start to feel pressure in your forehead, then that is a good indication that you are flexing your sixth chakra.

Now don’t go focusing on the pressure and make it into uncomfortable pain. Just be aware as you do a visual meditation, that if you start to feel pressure in your mind then it is a good sign. 

The process of meditating visually for a whole week straight might sound easy, but it is not. You will have moments where you just don’t want to meditate, but you must push through and meditate. Your body or mind may want to resist meditating visually on the sixth or seventh day, being aware of the energy in your space is a shocking thing.

When you are forced to look at it, you may find some things you don’t like. (for example: recurring negative thoughts, you may see people’s faces, or you may start to get emotional) .

My advise: FLOW WITH IT. Don’t identify with it, just observe it.

How to improve your Clairvoyance Step 2:

You will have to practice trusting your intuition! You can do this by yourself or with an encouraging and non-judgmental friend.

Start first with yourself by drawing oracle cards or tarot cards. Depending on what card you get, trust the first thing that comes to mind when looking at the card, what is the meaning you are getting from it?

If you are doing this with a (friend) you can use cards too. Give them a card reading. Same principle, trust the first thing you see when looking at the cards. You don’t have to study a tarot card book to read with tarot. Tarot is a tool for your intuition.


Just sit down in front of them (your friend) and close your eyes. Visualize them in your mind and see if anything comes up and trust it and say it out loud. Your encouraging and non-judgmental friend will stay silent until you are done. Then they can tell you if you picked up on anything.

Working with a friend gains results faster when expanding your clairvoyance. But the most important thing is to practice, practice, practice

It can be best described as either a chaos of unbalanced emotions, or a settling of powerful intuition increased by your awareness.

Energy shifts can be experienced through a whole spectrum of unpleasant emotions to the most amazing feelings of peace and love. But the main point is that energy shifts are centered around feelings!

The most transformation happens when we are in the middle of an energy shift. Some people may wonder, “Does an energy shift just happen? OR Does it occur from something I do?”. They most definitely occur based on what we do. 

Now the next question is not, “ what can I do to not have a chaotic energy shift?”, it is, “what are the things that influence your behavior?”. This is the awareness part.

Are you being aware that certain moon phases influence your behavior?

Are you aware that certain people influence your behavior?

Are you aware that your workplace influences your behavior?

Are you aware that certain music/movies/tv-shows influence your behavior?

An energy shift is also the reaction your soul has with your life choices. The human body gives and receives like antennas when it comes to energy. We absorb what we consume whether it be food or media. And depending on its frequency it can make us feel good or bad. However we must not forget that each feeling serves a purpose.

Positive energy shifts can be blissful, the feeling of being connected to yourself or your purpose. Everything inside you and around you seems to align. Your body feels lighter, and opportunities or plans work out in an effortless manner.

Whereas negative energy shifts can make you feel heavy, stuck, and miserable. Life seems like it keeps throwing you the same horrible situation over and over again.  Or no matter how hard you try, you keep attracting shitty outcomes.

So now we can ask the question, “what can I do to not have a chaotic energy shift?”

First things first! Chaotic energy shifts are not to be ignored or suppressed. These negative energy shifts are actually the best to have if you want to make the most transformation. 

The way to bring a transformative experience through a negative energy shift is to see the energy shift as something that is happening FOR you and not TO you. You are not the victim. You make life choices to get you to where you are now, and in the same respect, you can make life choices to get where you want to go.

Embrace the chaos, find awareness as to what it has to teach you. Once you get the answer as to what the lesson is, you can start to re-evaluate what your allowing to influence you (food/media/people/work). This is also called shadow work….

Now that you’ve embraced the chaos, and have awareness on what the lesson is, and have re-evaluated your consumption. You can start to transform and move into the positive energy shift by making choices out of love instead of fear. This is an important step!

When you follow your heart, excitement, and passion, you start to vibrate at a high frequency! This high frequency is where positive energy shifts exist. When we trust ourselves to follow our passions, our intuition magnifies. Thus, why positive energy shifts are a booster for powering your intuition. They happen more often than you think, however depending on your awareness of the influences in your life, varies on how long that positive state can last. 

A great way to keep strong awareness is to practice mindfulness and meditation. We control our energy shifts. Start setting intentions for your preferred energy shift and follow it with action (life choices).

My Success With Intuitive Eating Fri, 19 Jul 2019 06:26:45 +0000 Life has improved dramatically since my success with intuitive eating. Let me share my success with intuitive eating, here is my story…

My health was always relatively good growing up. I didn’t get sick often, but once just 2 years ago. I got really sick, my gut was screaming! My family is really bad about going to the doctor, we just tough it out until its really bad. Trust me I know that is not a good strategy. But there I was a month later, still in so much pain and now it had gotten to the point where my body flat out rejected everything but vegetables. 

And back then, I was not a conscious eater, so eating just vegetables was misery. I finally went to the doctor and by feeling the hard bloat on my stomach they told me I had gastritis. Where the lining in my stomach was so inflamed that the acid in there was seriously damaging me, thus why I was in so much pain. 

My success with intuitive eating was not fast or easy…

They gave me antibiotics and in a week I felt so much better. I was even able to down meat and dairy. I was very happy about the recovery because in a week from that moment in time, I was to go live abroad in Seoul South Korea. 

I feel a lesson in getting gastritis was that I didn’t listen to my body and I paid heavily for it. Sometimes we don’t listen to our bodies because the pain is something we wish to go away and by ignoring it, leaves hope for it to. Which prolongs the suffering. But one thing that can do more good than harm is by actually listening to the body and asking our self the question of “why the pain is there to begin with?”

The story doesn’t end there, so there I was in South Korea still not listening to my body, and being in more pain. Lucky for me that Asian countries have very healthy meals available at a cheap price. So the next year and a half becomes a trial and error of listening to my body. I would give myself the attention I need to ask how I was doing and other times I would just mindlessly eat what ever was in front of me (and of course regretting it afterwards). 

It wasn’t until 7 months ago that I was studying research psych at Castleton University and my focus was intuitive eating. I would experiment on myself before experimenting with a research study. I noticed that eating intuitively was the most simple thing on earth.

I eat when I’m hungry and I stop eating when I’m full.

Before adopting this lifestyle. I was counting my calories, and making sure that I was eating enough for the day. Trust me there is nothing more stressful than counting calories. 

As I began to eat more intuitively I noticed that my body no longer wanted meat, so I became a vegetarian. My body rewarded me greatly by increasing my appetite and giving me more energy in the day. 

My success with intuitive eating was not accomplished alone…

It also helped to have a friend that was vegetarian, cause then we could cook together and go grocery shopping together. I would highly include that my success to improving my health was possible because of surrounding myself with like-minded individuals.

Soon after only being a vegetarian for 4 months, I noticed that my body was letting me know big time that dairy was not okay for me anymore. So I became vegan! It was a wonderful synchronicity that my vegetarian friend became vegan too in the same week.

I was not only noticing that my health was improving from listening to my body but my reality was aligning, because my mind was practicing to have trust in myself. And when we trust our intuition, it can shift our reality so fast and in wonderful unexpected ways! 

It seems that at the start of my health journey, I got a great push to change, but I didn’t see it as an opportunity to change, I saw it as a great burden and a painful experience. Thus blinding me of an opportunity.

But when I took steps in trusting my intuition a year later, I faced those same strong pushes for change and I saw them this time as a need to adapt and change my perspective. 

We all go through these things in life and it can either profoundly change us, or miserably depress us. It all depends on us. We hold the key to our own future, whether it be a painful one or positive life changing one.

I still find pain at times with things I eat, but now the trust I have with my body is so strong that I know I can take the right steps in listening what my body needs. 

Intuitive eating is for people who want a lifestyle change, not a diet change. I believe that there is no secret one cure all diet, not even veganism. But if you are willing to look at yourself and be raw with yourself, then intuitive eating is something you can succeed in too!

Here are the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating

1. Reject the Diet Mentality

Throw out the diet books and magazine articles that offer you false hope of losing weight quickly, easily, and permanently. Get angry at the lies that have led you to feel as if you were a failure every time a new diet stopped working and you gained back all of the weight. If you allow even one small hope to linger that a new and better diet might be lurking around the corner, it will prevent you from being free to rediscover Intuitive Eating.

2. Honor Your Hunger

Keep your body biologically fed with adequate energy and carbohydrates. Otherwise you can trigger a primal drive to overeat. Once you reach the moment of excessive hunger, all intentions of moderate, conscious eating are fleeting and irrelevant. Learning to honor this first biological signal sets the stage for re-building trust with yourself and food.

3. Make Peace with Food

Call a truce, stop the food fight! Give yourself unconditional permission to eat. If you tell yourself that you can’t or shouldn’t have a particular food, it can lead to intense feelings of deprivation that build into uncontrollable cravings and, often, bingeing When you finally “give-in” to your forbidden food, eating will be experienced with such intensity, it usually results in Last Supper overeating, and overwhelming guilt.

4. Challenge the Food Police

Scream a loud “NO” to thoughts in your head that declare you’re “good” for eating minimal calories or “bad” because you ate a piece of chocolate cake. The Food Police monitor the unreasonable rules that dieting has created. The police station is housed deep in your psyche, and its loud speaker shouts negative barbs, hopeless phrases, and guilt-provoking indictments. Chasing the Food Police away is a critical step in returning to Intuitive Eating.

5. Respect Your Fullness

Listen for the body signals that tell you that you are no longer hungry. Observe the signs that show that you’re comfortably full. Pause in the middle of a meal or food and ask yourself how the food tastes, and what is your current fullness level?

6. Discover the Satisfaction Factor

The Japanese have the wisdom to promote pleasure as one of their goals of healthy living. In our fury to be thin and healthy, we often overlook one of the most basic gifts of existence–the pleasure and satisfaction that can be found in the eating experience. When you eat what you really want, in an environment that is inviting and conducive, the pleasure you derive will be a powerful force in helping you feel satisfied and content. By providing this experience for yourself, you will find that it takes much less food to decide you’ve had “enough”.

7. Honor Your Feelings Without Using Food

Find ways to comfort, nurture, distract, and resolve your issues without using food. Anxiety, loneliness, boredom, anger are emotions we all experience throughout life. Each has its own trigger, and each has its own appeasement. Food won’t fix any of these feelings. It may comfort for the short term, distract from the pain, or even numb you into a food hangover. But food won’t solve the problem. If anything, eating for an emotional hunger will only make you feel worse in the long run. You’ll ultimately have to deal with the source of the emotion, as well as the discomfort of overeating.

8. Respect Your Body

Accept your genetic blueprint. Just as a person with a shoe size of eight would not expect to realistically squeeze into a size six, it is equally as futile (and uncomfortable) to have the same expectation with body size. But mostly, respect your body, so you can feel better about who you are. It’s hard to reject the diet mentality if you are unrealistic and overly critical about your body shape.

9. Exercise—Feel the Difference

Forget militant exercise. Just get active and feel the difference. Shift your focus to how it feels to move your body, rather than the calorie burning effect of exercise. If you focus on how you feel from working out, such as energized, it can make the difference between rolling out of bed for a brisk morning walk or hitting the snooze alarm. If when you wake up, your only goal is to lose weight, it’s usually not a motivating factor in that moment of time.

10. Honor Your Health

Gentle Nutrition Make food choices that honor your health and taste-buds while making you feel well. Remember that you don’t have to eat a perfect diet to be healthy. You will not suddenly get a nutrient deficiency or gain weight from one snack, one meal, or one day of eating. It’s what you eat consistently over time that matters, progress not perfection is what counts.

2 Reasons You Want To Connect With Nature Wed, 10 Jul 2019 03:37:39 +0000 Our lives are picture perfect, correct?! Well unless you actually have a perfect life, here are the 2 reasons you want to connect with nature. So, let’s start off and say that physical nature is not the only thing I will talk about. 

Many times, and especially over the course of history, the developed human being has sought to find solutions for their problems outside of themselves. And there might be reason to seek outside of oneself, for we are human and there is no shame in seeking help. But, one underutilized resource can shed so much clarity to one’s  current life problems. 

One reason you want to connect with nature

This resource is intuition and shadow work, one’s true inner nature holds not only one’s talents but their perceived faults. Shadow work is a term used to describe self reflection and integration of what ones shadow self might be. Shadow selves may be seen as faults, negative characteristics, or unwanted behavioral traits. 

The process of trusting your intuition is also done by integrating your shadow self. When you truly learn to use and love your faults, you will gain awareness of what your intuition has to communicate to guide you. 

Connecting with our inner true nature can bring the most powerful healing and growth. 

Going deep within to heal, is easier said than done. It is a practice, hence shadow “WORK”. The tool that has shown most success is meditation, and learning to respond before reacting to things. Emotions don’t define one’s self, however they can allow an individual to experience great feeling. Shadow work is most successful when one practices observing an emotion, other than identifying and reacting to it.

And this must also be mentioned…by all means and purposes, emotions are not meant to be suppressed, on the contrary. They best help release what one needs to in the present moment. Connecting to the present moment is the awareness that gives direction for what to focus on if shadow work is something one wants to do. 

Second reason you want to connect with nature

Now this brings us to the second reason you want to connect with nature. Physical nature is one of the greatest reminders for living in the present moment. One can notice that physical nature can be beautiful but also others may perceive it to be bad, ugly, or unwanted. Yet, one can understand that all of physical nature has a purpose. From the beautiful springtime, to those harsh winters.

Nature has integrated its shadow self and embraces all its faults as tools to benefit the planet. One can come to see physical nature as the emotions of earth. Earth does not identify itself as being solely its surface nature. Therefore, earth understands its appearance and uses all its emotion to function as a celestial sphere in motion through the cosmos.

Expand your mind with a new view in perspective!


Physical nature is a multitude of layers that hold meaning and purpose. Different seasons bring change. Yet, earth itself knows that in order to perform its job as a celestial sphere in motion, it can not put too much emphasis on whether the seasons are doing their job, it trusts the flow, and it has too.

For the earth too must go through difficult times, these difficult times are called pole shifts. Pole shifts cause disorder and chaos in earth’s electromagnetic field. This takes place to mark a new cycle of life, and disorder is necessary for the old to collapse and the new to take hold. 

Yes, the earth too can have its world flipped upside down just like human life can. The energetic signature between human and earth is similar.

When humans connect with physical nature, it is a reminder and a practice to match at earth’s frequency. For humans wish to gain the same mastery of nature. Mastery lies in the practice of shadow work and trusting one’s own intuition. Therefore, the more people know and understand their own inner nature, the balance between earth and mankind can be restored.

The Way Of The Runes Fri, 21 Jun 2019 05:44:32 +0000 The way of the runes is a metaphor for following a path that is less traveled. One can not be certain of where the path will lead, but the mystery and mysticism make it worth it.

I see now that the path people go down are a direct reflection of their mental state. And I choose the path less traveled! I am also not gloating, I have been avoiding the path less traveled my whole life. And I see now that my life has been planned a certain way. And to a certain extent I can change its course, but the energy behind it will be the same. It is my actions that I can manipulate and have free will on, however my reactions and emotions have been pre-planned, so it is my duty to recover as best I can when they happen.

Their have been many paths that I could have gone down, however I have chosen the way of the runes. I have been unconsciously drawing runes my entire life. They have always been there. It wasn’t until this last year when they came to me in dreams and made themselves more visible while I was awake. I searched in books for their meaning. But soon I began to just intuitively know what they wanted to show me.

Divination and Purpose

Divination tools have been labeled in our history as tools for the magically inclined. I can now see that it is a half truth. These tools hold their own consciousness, and it is activated when the magically inclined come into contact with them. However, I don’t believe that just the magically inclined can access them. Anyone can, but it can become a great powerful tool for those that connect with it.

Like I mentioned above, I have been able to draw these celtic symbols since I can remember, so the imprint for instruction is probably in my consciousness data or more commonly known as DNA make up.

The way of the runes has showed me that you are not supposed to know your purpose until you are ready to handle it. I understand now, why I always ran away from mysticism and divination. I was not ready for it, and even now I am facing tests of character that push me to accept all parts of myself that I didn’t even know existed. It has been a wild journey, and it is not over yet.

If you want to discover your purpose, my best advice is to not go looking for it. It will present itself to you when you are ready. In the meantime, you must hone in on your skills and talents! These will lead you to discover your purpose and ultimately start your mission of helping the people and the planet.
