Story time,…. I am Mexican, so I LOVE BURRITOS. The majority of my childhood was me having chimichangas (deep fried burritos) for breakfast, lol. So when I went vegan, I thought I would never be able to have burritos again. That was until a friend of mine posted a tofu burrito recipe, and my mind got very creative. We usually have veggie patties in our fridge and I went to go get some tortillas and thus the veggie patty burrito was born!

Therefore my eyes have really been opened up to how animals are treated and how the livestock agricultural industry has been killing the environment big time.
