HOLISTIC TIP OF THE DAY: If you find yourself to be a very vivid dreamer at night. I understand that it may be disorienting to wake up in a physical body. I’ve found that grounding really helps with getting the energy going in the morning. Before having some breakfast, take 5 min to breath in and out, in a meditative position. You will notice that the food you eat afterwards will be very well received.
Being vegan means something a little different to all of us, we all have a unique journey. I became vegan by the shear force of my body’s communication. I’m an intuitive eater, so I listen to my body. It began to really show me that I needed to make a change in my diet. Meat and dairy began to make me feel miserable.
My vegan path might have started with making some health improvements, but since then I have been curious to how others embrace the vegan lifestyle. I’ve seen some documentaries like Cowspiracy, Food Choices, and more. Therefore my eyes have really been opened up to how animals are treated and how the livestock agricultural industry has been killing the environment big time.
